This is probably not advisable unless you know that you chimney is spotless. On top if that, it will not be very efficient as the whole point of the hoses is to exhaust hot air and bring in cool air to blow over the condenser. Your chimney is too far for the air to travel to exhaust and take in fresh air. It will end up just recirculating the same hot sooty air, not cooling properly and eventually plugging the condenser with soot. Any window or door could be adapted to accept the hoses.
