• Not really, but it does have an on/off timer... you can set it to shut off after anywhere from an hour to 24 hours, or if it's already off, to turn on anywhere from an hour to 24 hours later.

• There is a timer on the unit and remote that you can set to either turn off after a certain amount of time, or turn on after a certain amount if time...I believe that timer is 18 hours for either.
