how do I hook this up to my outdoor antenna? null

The black box connects with a short coax cable to the antenna. The other port connects the black box to the cable into the house. The ports are labeled. The white box connects to the cable coming inside the house and to the cable connecting to the TV. The ports are labeled. The white box has a USB port to get power from a USB cable power module plugged into a wall outlet. Power is sent to the black box over the coax cable. The black box needs to be close to the antenna for max benefit.
