• John did a great job. Very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how the connections work. Beware the wireless rear view monitor that came with the kit may be extra charges of $50 on top of the install price that was "not specified". It should be all included for one price. Lifetime warrenty through any best buy in usa. Removal is free upon change of vehicle status.

• Yes if you provide with the entire wireless kit they will install it for you for 50$.
