• You need the app on a phone to setup both lights and remotes, so no. I'd imagine you could delete the app after setting them up, though. That is true for most smarthome devices.

• You can to connect the remotely to one light that's linked to the app on your phone. If you have more than one light it can only be used with one bulb. If there is a way to use more than one bulb at the samething time I don't know how

• Yes once you set it up on the phone app you won’t need wifi or the app to control the lighting but you’ll still need the app to set certain colors

• Im pretty sure you need both wifi and the app installed. There is no other way to connect them
