“does the remote turn off the lights on the fan?”

• Picture on BB website shows it does but my remote does not have it. Bought it on June 19th 2025. Note: the box it came in, also does not show the light feature on the remote. Only BB website shows it.

• the same thing happened to me. i have screen shots of the best buy person that i was chatting with stating that it would have the remote in order to turn off the lights but when i received mine, i bought 2, he was wrong and now i have 2 fans that the lights don't turn off and it's ridiculous how bright they are - I am VERY disappointed that the Best Buy rep didn't know what he was talking about -
