“can this camera be configured to be managed locally without an internet connection using browser or other software that is not a phone app? if not do you have camera's that are?”

Hi there! Our products will require a 2.4GHz WiFi network signal in order to setup and communicate with the Wyze app. The cameras are primarily meant to work with Wyze Apo. Currently, all our cameras needs the Wyze app to be used.
