“I bought this camera and set it up a few days ago. I'm using it for indoors. How come I am not seeing COLOR when it's dark? Does the color not work if it's pitch black in the room?”

Night mode turns off color and improves clarity in the dark. You can turn off auto-night mode to keep it in color but you won't be able see as clearly which is pretty common for night vision with most devices aside from high-end cameras (which cost far more than $50).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe there's a setting in the app that will allow you to have colored mines colored so I'm not sure why you're not I don't think I've ever seen mine black and white maybe it has an issue not sure but I would check into that for sure
