Xbox Series S does not require any monthly subscriptions, and since Fortnite and Rocket League are both free-to-play games, you don't need a subscription to Xbox Live Gold to play them. Please note that you may need an active subscription to Xbox Live Gold to play online in games that aren't free-to-play.

• console does come with freetrial to Xbox live to give access to Xbox Game Pass.. Inversely; ALL DIGITAL CONSOLEs will NEEDS CONSTANT XBOX LIVE..
