Not at all -- this Xbox Series S can play all games designed for Xbox Series X/S as well as almost all Xbox One games and hundreds of Xbox games designed for Xbox 360 and original Xbox. Please note that this console is digital only and not compatible with physical game discs.

• You have to download them but in other words no you do not have to only play those you have to buy the other games digitally

• No, this Xbox bundle comes with fortnite and rocket league, but you can still download other games on it as well. You should know that there is only 512 GB on this console. So you should beware of full storage. You can, However, buy a storage expansion for the Xbox series S.
