The system was messed up all day, I tried from 11am till 10:15pm. 7 times I got one and was checking out when the message oops sorry, something went wrong. Hundreds of times it said added to cart and it was not. 
 Remember circuit city? Nope. No one will remember best buy either. Disgraceful way to do business.

Blame the Scalpers. With online online shopping this holiday season they are running their bot programs to the extreme. It will August 2021 before anyone will be able to get a Xbox at retail price.
