“5th time I've made it to your website within minutes, been put in an Xbox purgatory after I hit add to cart, then when the button turns yellow again and I add it again, the systems says it can't be delivered to stores or home--what is the process????”

I had exactly that happen with a ps5 I tried to purchase. It had simply gone out of stock and was “undeliverable”. With the Xbox series x, I was randomly sitting on the page when the add to cart bar turned yellow. Hit that, then immediately went to checkout. Apparently if you’re in checkout (not the cart!) with the item, you’ve secured the item. Good luck!
