After Christmas is when you can expect to see it in stock anywhere. The demand on the scalpers market on ebay will drop down and there will be less incentive to use bots to take all the consoles from the retailers. A captcha would have mitigated this without putting significant money into web development to detect bots. Don't buy it from a scalper, if something goes wrong, you can't return it.
