Bots are an issue sometime in online retail (particularly with actual Nintendo Switch consoles), but plenty of real people were able to preorder this the day it was announced, myself included. Collector's editions are always difficult to get a copy of, and this is a pretty beloved and anticipated game. Keep an eye on retailers for any stray copies but I'd assume most have already sold.
