After talking to support I was told I am not receiving the bonus poster even though it was advertised when I placed my order. They told me the offer ended on 2/2/2025 so I don't understand why they continued to advertise that offer for at least a full month after it apparently ended. If it isn't on your purchases list don't expect to get it I guess.
