No. It can drive one HDMI port and one DVI port simultaneously. Most people use two, separate, reasonably priced, video cards to drive 4 monitors. Will work with your chassis as long as you have a vacant PCI Express Slot available. Your chassis has 2 PCI Express Slots. The Dell 3600T is a nice, high-end, system !
