• A:Answer Yes. According to Microsoft, it will run the game. See the following: Microsoft and Playground Games have revealed the official PC system requirement for Forza Horizon 4 via its Windows Store page. According to the specs, PC gamers will at least need an Intel i3-4170 or an Intel i5 750 with 8GB of RAM and an NVidia 650TI or an NVidia GT 740 or an AMD R7 250x. I wouldn't expect it to run the game with "high" settings, but its possible.

• A:Answer Answer is no. Not enough ram and the cpu needs to be more powerful. For 4k I would recommend the 1060 ti (most models) and up. Try the Hp Omen Obelisk 875-0014 (I've owned it good setup for price)

Q: QuestionI notice the 2 fans are not spinning all of the time, I think this happened after I ran the fan tuning software that came with Asus rog strix b450-f gaming motherboard called Dual intelligent processors 5, is that normal? I don't do gaming.

• A:Answer Had same issue. Update to radeon extreme (newest version with tuning capabilities). Find your fan overclocking section. Raise the provided ramp by 10%. Meaing idol shouldn't need the fans running (till about 33^c)
