• The mother board has a pci-e slot. This graphics card is pci-e 3.0 and is backward compatible with 2.0. I have it installed on my pci-e 2.0 slot and it’s working great. I have a gigabyte motherboard. Check the specifications on your board and look at the graphics slot. Cross reference with the specifications on this graphics card. Note: this graphics card is no longer supporting updates for windows 8.1. I have 8.1 installed had to search for the legacy drivers and it’s working great!
