• Yes it is compatible with your Mac Pro. Is listed as perhaps compatible if you are on OSX Mojave however. https://www.macrumors.com/2018/09/24/mojave-2010-2012-mac-pro-metal-graphics-cards/ Also Hackintosh compatible.

• No this exact company/model will not work on Mac Pro (s) 4,1-5,1 unless you flash the cards, which i do not recommend. MSI models are more likely to be on the compatibility list.

• No it will not work on a Mac Pro mid -2010. Because it's for a P.C. 2 very different computers plugs.
