“Is this not compatible with the MSI X570 Edge gaming mother board and ryzen 3700X ? After installing the card and booting the PC, I pass the bios screen and then the graphic glitches with rainbow fuzz and goes black. Other video card works fine.”

Need more info about your system and the other video card you say works fine in order to help diagnose what may be goin on. I have the same mother board but using with a GTX 1060 and no problems. I did once get into a vicious cycle playing with OC settings and couldn't get back into windows without the display going blank as soon as the OC utility started loading, but that was on a different board/cpu. Without more info could be lots of possibilities. Could be graphic settings, drivers, inadequate power supply, etc.
