It is not water cooled, it might have some liquid in the system to cool it similar to and AIO but it’s self contained and slots right into the motherboard with no extra connections (other than power)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The card is not liquid cooled in the traditional sense- the heatsinks have "heat pipes" that contain a small amount of liquid that serves only to increase the cooling surface area of the heatpipe itself. The liquid itself does not dissipate heat or circulate like a waterblock setup does. Having said that, the cooling solution is noticeably more efficient and more quiet than a regular heatsink+fan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Totally closed.....need to light a fire and get things really hot to kick up fans. Just plug n play!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All you need to do is plug this Graphics Card into your motherboard slot. The cooling liquid is all self contained. You do not need to connect hoses, etc, or anything of that nature. It's plug and play into your board.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this card and if it is liquid cooled it is closed circuit. I can’t verify if it really has liquid in it so I gues I have to take XFX’s word for it.
