If that PC has a PCIE-16 slot (or 2), then yes. Otherwise, you'd have to upgrade the MB (and CPU?).

It should your board has a PCI express x16 slot. You need a minimum 500watt power supply with an 8 pin connector for the card. It does come with the “2-6pin to 8 pin” adapter
