Yes, most video cards and PCI slots are both forward and backwards compatible with various PCI Express slots and it's very rare it wouldn't be compatible. Plug it into the PCI Express 3.0 x16.slot, you need a power supply of atleast 600 watts or higher, 700 to 800 watt range should be good, use the 8 pin power connector and download and install the latest version of AMD graphics drivers from the website information listed on the paper that comes with the card in the box. If you have problems contact Asrock and XFX support and they should be able to help troubleshoot problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont see why not, however I would try and use the bottom slot on your board as it will otherwise cover your at least one of your other PCIe slots. I have a budget board and unfortunately lost a slot due to this. Just make sure you have an appropriate PSU.
