Powercolor has a better cooling design which allows the card to run quieter as well as RGB and a high base clock speed. The PowerColor is also slightly bigger and may cause issues in certain cases.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.can't say , but it made a heck of a lot of difference for me
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never used PowerColor, but this card is a beast for the price. Bought one myself like a month now, so far so good. First time Xfx user.

However, higher end more expensive versions of cards are usually made with better cooling solutions keeping them running cooler and quieter under load. This can give you more headroom to overclock/undervolt the card to really push it's performance to the limit. Another factor is what's called coil whine, some cheaper versions of a card tend to be more prone to producing a little electric whine type sound under heavy use. Higher end more expensive versions of the same gpu also can be what's referred to as "better-binned" graphics processors are made out of a silicon die that's made in a factory and depending on the die some of them can naturally handle overclocking etc. better than others can.
