Is this a good upgrade from an xfx rx 580 null

It will blow the socks off a 580

You'll see drastic improvement overall, more VRAM as well as processing power for AAA titles, it's a great card for the money and is infinitely better than the RX580

This is a good upgrade from an RX580. I actually bought this card to replace an aging RX580. In general, for what I do, this is about 50% faster but consumes about 20% less power. Other same gen cards: 6600 about same performance for 1/2 power consumed. 6800 is about 3x performance for the same power. For some reason the 6800 is being ignored - used prices are not a lot more than this GPU new. I own all 3 of these cards. Between the 3, I'd look at a used 6800 - which currently is a little more than this one new.

Yes, I had the Msi armor rx580 and saw a big improvement. Pretty much a power efficient card with power and more vram and high fps at 1080p some 1440, and some games at 4k60 though not a lot with settings turned up max.

Lmfao i upgraded from 5600 xt and the 6700 just destroys everything i throw at it besides ray tracing. so yes it will definitely be a great upgrade
