“Can the deadbolt be installed with reversed direction? The specifications doesn't specify if both directions are supported. My existing lock is on the left side of the entrance door. Displayed locks at Best Buy store had it on the right side. Thank you”

Yes, this can be installed either left or right side of the door. There are I closed installation templates for both configurations.

Thank you for your question. You can change the direction to support your door swing. Please go to the Lock settings page and select "Handing calibration." Make sure you're within the BLE range as well.
