“My remote won’t work. Changed battery & checked the setting on the TV which is correct. Now we can’t use the sound bar. What should we do? Thanks”

• Hello, you can try pointing the remote at the camera on a smart phone or IPad to see if the infrared light is working to rule out that it’s only the remote. And you can can always download the Yamaha Sound Bar app on a smart device that works as a remote as well. Hope this helps.
