“Every so often the audio will cut out for about a second and then will come back on. This doesn't happen with any consistency, but it does happen several times during the course of a movie. Any idea on what's causing this?”

DITTO! Very annoying, especially missing a punch line or the answer to those soap operas' probing questions, etc. LOL! I sure hope we get a solution, otherwise; it's going back.
