“how do i increase the volume? it maxes out at 16.5 and its very hard to hear talking scenes, i was also wondering why my surround sound speakers and center speak dont play, but only my left and right front ones do?”

I believe your receiver is to small these speakers require 45 watts minimum I experienced the same problem with my 300 watt receiver I have to turn it up 240 to get good sound I am currently researching a larger receiver. these are the best sounding surround speakers I've ever owned my last set of yamaha's lasted longer than than 8 years. I hope to replace my receiver soon to enjoy all the available wattage of this system
