Do these have an RCA line? null

the sub uses an rca line witch comes with the speaker set

I assume you mean a digital coaxial SPDIF or maybe analog stereo inputs. In either case, the answer is no, these are just speakers. In order to use these you need a 5.1 receiver. The receiver is not included, but that is what would handle any audio inputs.
