Does it work with a direct tv genie? null

Not 100 percent sure but don't see why not. It does pass through 4k and HDR but make sure you read the manual because it may require you changing the settings.

Works just fine with mine. I haven't tried configuring my Genie remote to control volume on the receiver but it works great and will actually recognize the Genie on the receiver display.
