“Which one is better the Yamaha 9.2 or the Pioneer SC-LX80?”

• I researched ALOT before making my decision. I'm still curious on why the Onkyo isnt in with the magnolia rooms at Best Buy. Even their top end aren't Magnolia. Basically it was between 3 companies ; Yamaha, Marantz , Pioneer I picked the YAMAHA 2080 because it was better suited at power and price. This thing sounds awesome. It replaced my 12 year old Harmon Kardon. But everyone's taste and style is different. But i would recommend the Yamaha. Pending on money acourse. Go BIG...or on a Budget.

• There are MANY great receivers out there. Yamaha is known for its quality construction and transparent sound. Decide your needs first...how many speakers do I need to run. The Yamaha 9.2 AVRS are well regarded by all.
