• As long as the devices have analog outputs that use RCA cables, yes. There are multiple assignable analog inputs.

• Yes. It has a direct phono hook up with a ground line. It really improved the sound from my table not having to go through a phono pre-amp. Yes to both CD and DVD player too. It's got it all.
