  • Question1. Can I return it to a Best Buy store if it is unsatisfactory? 2. Does the volume level go all the way down to "zero"? I have another brand that only goes half-way down and I can't listen to most of the sounds.

    • Answer 1. Yes it can be returned to a Best Buy store if purchased there and eligible within BB's return policy. 2. Yes the volume level can go all the way down to zero and to a max of 69.3 decibels.

  • QuestionSo with only 6 hours of charge, I'd have to charge it once a day or leave it plugged in?

    • Answer The Hushh has a battery life of 8-12 hours, depending on volume level and night light activity. One 4 charge a day is all that is needed for the Hushh to run through the night.

    • Answer Yes, the night light can be turned off when the unit is on by pressing the power button twice in quick succession.

    • Answer The Hushh can assist with drowning out outside noises, but depending on the severity of those noises, you may want to look at one of our stationary units with more powerful speakers and white noise options.

We do recommend that customers who would like to ensure the Hushh runs the entire night, keep their Hushh plugged in. However, to avoid overcharging the Hushh and depleting the battery life, we recommend to unplug in the morning and use throughout the day without it being plugged in.   • Questionwill the machine run continuously all night?

    • Answer The Hushh can work while plugged in or if the battery is charged. A full charge will last around 6+ hours (depending on the setting being used). It will run continuously until turned off or until the battery runs out. Best- Sara Yogasleep Customer Experience

  • QuestionDoes the machine have a one hour timer feature? What type of batteries does it take? My old sound soother would run for numerous nights on 2AA Batteries. This one only lasts 6 hrs????

We take this goal very seriously throughout Yogasleep. I am more than happy to answer your questions A full charge on the Hushh will last 6+ hours with no night light usage. Please note that the night light uses much more battery power than the sound and that higher volume = faster battery drain. It takes 3.5-4 hours for a full charge. If you are looking for something with a timer, I would suggest you check out our Soundcenter, Nod, Travelcube or the Whish. These products offer the same soothing sounds as the Hushh, with other options. We do advise our customers that they are able to run the Hushh while plugged in and charging. Our priority is your happiness, so please let me know what else Yogasleep can do to help. We are here for you!
