How far can I fly this drone what's the range? null

I have flown away 1.3 miles lost signal immediately switched to home came right back

Max altitude by FAA regualtion is 400 ft. The controller is supposed to stop you are 400 ft. As far as distance away from you, the drone and controller have a 400 meter (1312 ft) range line of sight for video transmission. If you take the drone out of line of sight even at distances less than 400 meters, you could lose control of the drone.
