• They don't have volume control just a button to mute the music or start Siri on my phone. When doing any overhead weight training the button is by my shoulder it would turn on and off during every rep.

• My earbuds do not have a volume control. I use the volume control on the phone.

• The volume control can be kind of touchy. I just set it and use the control on my ipod. That does defeat the purpose but the adjustment on the in-line slider is so small I have a hard time making a minor adjustment anyway.
