• There is a look on the carrying case that you could loop a rubber band through and slip it over your wrist or are. You could also use a velcro strap to attach it to your person

• There is a small loop you could use to run a cord through but personally, the case is a little too big for me to run with. Really no need to run with the case, the cord is very flexible and I just let it hang around my neck when cooling down.
