Questionhow do i pair it with my iphone?I have been trying to use it with my iPhone and don't know how to pair it.

- Answer Alma in order to pair the headphones simply press the button to turn on the phones but do not release the button until you hear it state "pairing". Upon hearing the prompt go to your settings, Bluetooth, and in the Other devices tab it should show the Yurbuds headphones. Tap "Yurbuds" and you should connect!

QuestionEarbud replacementI lost one of the earbuds. They are a different model than the normal wired bud. Anyone know how or where to get a replacement? These seem to be a little larger and more flat than wired buds.

- Answer You can contact the manufacturer at www.yurbuds.com/contact or call toll free at (888) 987-2831. This is according to the printed insert that came in the box with my Leap Wireless Yurbuds. The insert talks about what to do if the buds are not fitting right and says that you can take a picture of your ear with the bud in your ear and email the picture to [email protected]. So, if you lost one of them, chances are good that you could contact them and get another one, but I have no idea how much it would cost. Would not hurt to call or email them, though. It might not be that much ... good luck!

- Answer In order to charge the Liberty headphones, you must carefully pull back the rubber base at the top of the Right Ear piece. You will see the micro USB port where you will be able to successfully charge the headphones.

- Answer Contact Yurbuds support directly for help with fitting your Yurbuds. They have other sizes of enhancers they'll send you for free if you inquire. You should receive them in a few days. I was able to find an enhancer that fits with my hard-to-fit ears. Good luck!
