• Yes but it is very well done and the finish is smooth at the edges to eliminate snaggin.

• I would NOT use the screws that come with the wheels. I bought this products 5 years ago and the screws ripped out of the front left side while moving this desk over the carpet. In fact, remove everything from this desk before moving lt. And also secure the tray. Any weight on it and it breaks real easy. Just saying.....!
