“If the protector is replaced, is it replaced with the same protector? I have read that the purchaser has to pay $10 shipping for each replacement and recieve a cheaper quality screen protector. If that is the case u can keep ur zagg”

Go to Best Buy with the protector and purchase receipt and you’ll get the new one free

Please try again later.I just take my phone to the nearest Best Buy and grab a screen protector (the identical one I bought) off the shelf take it to the phone center and they replace it right there & even put it on for me. If they quit carrying the exact product they refund you the difference and still replace it for free every time you bring it in.

They want me to pay $15 to “upgrade” to the screen protector that I originally purchased. I see the other responses say that the Best Buy store will replace it with the same purchased product, so I will try that
