Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not exactly sure, I bought the 2 year geek squared replacement and tech support for my tablet, so they did do it for me. But they also didn't ask if I had a warrenty for the tablet with them so I would assume based off that they do. Keep in mind they are busy so it may not be a quick thing depends on if they have someone available.
