• This product is a best buy exclusive according to the customer service representative I was in contact with. If you have a product that needs to be replaced call them! They will help!

• I know that I had a Zagg HD screen protector for an iPad that wasn't sold on their website. Zagg told me that it was an exclusive for Best Buy. Maybe the same for the Surface Pro 3? They would rather send them where the hardware is sold??????

• They appear to be out of stock at the moment. I would recommend checking back at their site, or go to Best Buy.

• I had a chat with a Zagg Rep. He told me that they are not listed on the site,for the United States yet, but will be soon.
