A:AnswerI would take your phone and screen protector back in to Best Buy. My husband has a 15 Pro and ZAGG screen protector, and it works fine. I believe you must have gotten the wrong size screen protector or it went on incorrectly. I am also wondering how you got it so inexpensively. They are usually $59.99!
