• A:Answer Yes, however, the use of the "free" may mislead the customer. I'm replacing my XTR4 glass screen protector currently. I understand the terms of Zagg's warranty completely. Online, there's only 1 in stock. I've checked numerous times during October and September of 2025. I can't find one on the floor, no matter which staff member looks for it. I need one, so I went to Zagg direct. Cost = $10.00 for shipping. Installing in-store to reproduce the excellent results is another $10.00 approximately. Round off warranty replacement cost is $20.00. Hardly free. Great product. But the cost of $59.00 should cover the warranty replacement from Zagg. Classsic love/hate.
