“Need to return I followed instructions but the screen looks smudged although I never touched the iPad prior to the screen being on. I don't have the box or packaging. How do I return?”

The invisibleSHIELD has a lifetime warranty. If you haven't already registered, you can do so at www.ZAGG.com. You can also order a warranty replacement on the website.

They will send you a new cover and an envelope for enclosing your defective cover. You will have to send back the old screen cover within something like 30 days or you will be charged. They will not question you about your old cover or anything, they just ask that you return it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you just put the Zagg cover on within the last few days, you might be okay. When I put mine on carefully, it looked like about a billion bubble were under the cover, but within 2 weeks all of them disappeared. If after that time it doesn't clear up, go on-line and look up Zagg covers… they are guaranteed for life, so they will refund you. Hope that helps...
