A:AnswerThe warranty replacement is done through Zagg. You simply go on Zagg's site, register the product and then request a warranty replacement through their site as well. They do make you pay the shipping for the replacement which is a few dollars but way cheaper than the original lol. They are always very quick about processing the warranty requests. Once the new one comes you just send them back the damaged one attached to a piece of paper in the envelope they provide and you are done.
