Yes they do but it’s like a $8 fee for them to do it. I think it’s worth it so you don’t mess up and have to buy a completely new one.

Although Best Buy advertises that the screen protector is a lifetime warranty, that indeed does not have one as I had to bring mine back after a couple months when I saw that there was a crack in the screen and I was told it would be for free but when I got home, they went ahead and charged my credit card for it. I put a dispute in and they still got charged because they told me there is no lifetime warranty on this one and I would have to go through there manufacturer and who I bought it from. However, I did buy it through Best Buy and I use my Best Buy credit card and I was still tonight so I didn’t get charged twice.
