I can't get the fingerprint reader to work. I get notice to press harder and I pressed as hard as I could with no success. I did turn the screen sensitivity (for use with screen protectors) switch on, but that didn't make a difference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it does not work, even trying to do a new fingerprint reading, still says press harder as well as cover entre scanner over and over and over. Do not reccomend due to serious frustration and loss of time and effort let alone money.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it works, you need to set it up afterwards not before hand... setting it before hand will yield bad results. To yield proper results reset the scanner after the screen protector is on.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is some lag. Worst it takes a few times or the S10 picks up your facial recognition. Overall not lightning speed fast but it manages to get the job done. Honestly, one of the great features is the biometrics. East to access all sort of sites where you would want some privacy. It just may take up to ten seconds.
