my zagg glass broke and has chipped. How do I remove it ? I am very careful with my iPhone yet the glass has chipped around the edges and there is a big hole with a shattered look coming from the center where the hole is. How do I remove this so that I can get another one put on?

The screen is surprisingly very easy to remove. If you can get a fingernail under a corner, then you can slowly lift the glass right off. If you're unable to get under with a fingernail, a guitar pick, or credit card, anything else that is plastic and thinkthat could be wedged (preferably at a corner, will instantly break the bond when the air gets between the glass and your phone screen. Then you just slowly lift it away. If any bits don't come off, which would be surprising, I'm sure that one could use anything plastic with little pressure to ease it off. It is only sealed with an air tight grip, no adhesive whatsoever. I was shocked at how easy it was to take off. I've seen people use razor blades or small knifes to get the corner to start to lift, but for the price I paid for my phone, there's no way I would do such a thing. If you are afraid to damage your phone, just drop by BB, they will gladly take it off for you at customer service!

Your safest bet is go to Best Buy and have them remove it. They will do do so for only $5-$7 and reapply a new one if you purchased it. If you have them do it for you, they guarantee the application of bubbles, misapplication etc. and will replace it for free (no $5-$7 charge) if you crack the new protective glass again and need another reapplication. It is pretty simple, there is a thin plastic sheet that is incorporated in the glass, similar to auto windscreen. Pry up a corner and it will come off in one sheet.

They could do it for you at Best Buy, its really easy. I seen an employee remove mine when she messed up the install of my protector, she just used her finger nails.

Just lift up easily on the corner. It'll come up. Don't worry if it shatters more as that is normal.

I go to the actual Zagg dealer in my area and they take care of it for me, but you can just pull it up. Mine cracks all the time so I get it replaced constantly. I would wait until you're ready to put the next one on so that it doesn't go without having a screen protector.

i used a small eyeglasses screwdriver to remove mine. i dont recommend it since you could scratch your iphone glass. try a credit card or something plastic instead.

Just pull it up from the corners, it will spider web (like a windshield) but should come off.
