Oh, my. This is different than my experience. They must have changed. I cracked my screen protector on my Samsung phone; they mailed me a new one and did not require me to send them back the cracked one.

Please try again later.On the package it used to say "Buy here... replace here" I broke mine on a Pixel 4XL, brought it back w/ receipt and original box and they replaced it at the store but the manager told me next time I'd have to send it to Zagg. The only reason I bought it was because of that caveat.
